Blueberry Hill Motel, Long Lake, NY

If you're looking for a clean, well maintained motel room, look no further. In addition, the Sandy Point Motel, which is about a mile down the road, has a very nice sandy beach which is available for guests staying at Blue Berry Hill, and includes boat rentals and beach towels. The owners are very approachable and good about recommending restaurants and sites to visit around Long Lake. My wife and I would stay again if we're in the area.

SO cute (and spacious cabin)! Look at the love that has been put into the details of the place…the flowers are blooming, the cabin porch and motel poles are decorated with Adk wood, windows panes painted a blue, blueberry color. As a working mom and dad with our own family business….a week to “slow down” in the Adirondacks is just what we needed. Daniela and her husband are amazing hosts. The cabin was clean, comfortable and larger than what I expected. The Adk style porch and firepit made for great places to make family memories. We will be back! #LongLake is a wonderful spot to take the family - the town beach even offers swim lessons for the kids and had a band playing Friday night on the beach, all for #free! The town of Long Lake and the Blueberry Motel / Cabin are a #HiddenGem #Kidfriendly town

This is the sweetest little spot to visit - had a wonderful cabin vibe. I spent three weeks here last year and loved it. The location is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature and hikes. For me, it was perfect to be so close to town and the lake, but just far enough to not be bothered by too many other people. The place is very clean and well run. David and Daniela are awesome people who will make you feel right at home.

My wife and I have been staying at the Blueberry Hill motel every summer for many years now. Prior to that we tried other motels in the Long Lake area. The Blueberry is perfect for us. We love the fact that it's a small business that is owner operated. David and Danielle are very friendly, accomodating and professional. If other establishments we tried were run as well as the Blueberry Hill, we may never have wound up there! The room is always immaculate and comfortable. Cable, wifi, refrigerator and coffee maker are provided. The beach (less than 5 minutes away at the Sandy Point Motel) is well maintained and has a community fire pit. David and Danielle have been making continuous improvements at the Blueberry Hill. Can't wait to get back next year!

Same owners as Sandy Point Motel down the road. Very quiet clean affordable rooms. The owner was kind enough to give me a ride when without a vehicle in between the two motels. I recommend this motel for your vacations in the ADK.

Last week, I booked three wonderful nights at Blueberry Hill Motel. This is my second year staying at Blueberry Hill and the room was just as inviting as ever. David and Daniela are great hosts and were super accommodating. I love using the stone fire ring and the beach access down the road at Sandy Point for swimming and kayaking. It’s also very close to several campgrounds as well as the town of Long Lake. I highly recommend Blueberry Hill Motel for all who vacation in the Adirondacks.

The owners could not have been more accommodating. There was a very minor issue on my arrival and within 5 minutes Daniela (hope so have that right) arrived, took care of this little and did not leave until I was satisfied with everything. The room is very clean and comfortable, the surrounding area is serene and relaxing. In my career travels I’ve stayed in many properties, many chains and well known names in the hospitality industry and for me the Blueberry Hill Motel ranks up there with all of them…and I’ve only been here 4 hours. If you are in this area this is the place to stay. I’ll be back.

I stayed there for 3 nights during a short hiking vacation and was impressed by how clean it was. I think the rims were recently renovated. The bathroom was nicely tiled, bright, and fresh. I received clean towels and daily service. The Wi-Fi was great, and I slept like a baby. The owners were very hospitable and provided me with a great hiking map for the area. I look forward to my next visit!
